Speak with the BCBA to discuss your child, how we can best help your child and whole family, and where you are located.

This will be a virtual conversation to understand whether this ABA model is a good fit for your needs.

If so, the BCBA will offer you the opportunity to sign a week-to-week contract for ABA services via private pay. Therapy will only last as long as is appropriate!

Therapy availability:

2 hours daily = 8am - 10am or 10:30am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday (10 hours of therapy weekly)

3 hours daily = 8am - 11am or 9am - 12pm, Monday - Friday (15 hours of therapy weekly)

4 hours daily = 8am - 12pm, Monday - Friday (20 hours of therapy weekly)

Cost: (pre-pay before each week of therapy starts)

2 hours/day = $125 per hour, $1,250 per week

3 hours/day = $125 per hour, $1,875 per week

4 hours/day = $120 per hour, $2,400 per week ($100 discount)

Superbills will be provided upon request for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Beachn Behavior is a private-pay only provider and does not bill insurance. If your plan includes out-of-network ABA benefits, your insurance may reimburse you directly. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and families are responsible for checking their own benefits.

Because these services utilize private pay, services can begin within one week of the consultation!
